 2 new deaths; a total of 42 since June 30th.

o NJ:

 A total of 225,430 positive cases, which is 2,207 more than Wednesday, October 21.

 A total of 14,484 deaths, which is 28 more since Wednesday, October 21.

o GLOBALLY:

 More than 42 million positive cases

 More than 1.1 million deaths

o US:

 More than 8.6 million positive cases

 If you are a restaurant or small business owner hurt by COVID-19, be sure to pre-register for an application for the emergency help provided by the NJ EDA.

 There is $70 million available but you have to pre-register and get more information online at CV.BUSINESS.NJ.GOV.  

 Restaurants can receive up to $20,000 depending on the number of employees.

 Small businesses with 5 employees or less can receive up to $5,000.

 Small businesses with more than 5 employees can receive up to $15,000.
