o IF YOU’RE A BUSINESS OWNER of a non-essential business, you must apply for a re-opening permit in order for the City to issue a color-coded safety-level certificate required for reopening.
o THE PROCESS
The application will include information necessary to know how your business will implement its reopening.
We review the applications and notify you whether an application has been approved or disapproved.
If approved, the business will be inspected to ensure compliance with the requirements.

To date, we’ve received 667 applications
410 have been approved by EHD, Special Taxes and Sent for Inspection
112 of the approved applications are on hold per State Regulations for June 22 reopening (i.e. barber, hair and nail salons)

o This past weekend’s community clean-up in the South Ward has us off to a great start with working together to get and keep our neighborhoods clean
o This Saturday will be the WEST WARD’s clean-up day
o Dumpster locations and where to pick up supplies will be shared in the coming days
o The remaining community clean-up days for the East, Central, and North are:
June 27 – East Ward
July 11 – Central Ward
July 18 – North Ward
