The Newark360 Master Plan with its zoning and land use regulations (NZLUR), will shape the equitable physical development of Newark for the next ten years. The plans reflect the ideas, visions, dreams and hopes of Newarkers themselves. It was created through nearly four years of community engagement with the participation of thousands of people from every neighborhood and point of view.
